A striking, well designed and fully equipped kitchenette provides a space to satisfy your culinary needs during your stay. Appliances include a Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator, a stove with oven, microwave, and a washer dryer located in the full bathroom.

We love our pets, but since the cabin is so small we dont have enough space for a crate or dog house inside or outside. So we are limiting the dog count to 1 with a maximum weight of 50 lbs or 2 small with max weight at 25lbs each. There is a $100 pet fee per stay, and we charge a $250 fine for undisclosed pets.
The dog must be house broken, not out of control. Do not leave your pet alone inside the cabin or chained up outside. Your fur baby must be on a leash and under your control at all times. Please carry a baggie and make sure to clean up after your baby.
Guests will have access to the whole property. No shared access.

There are several family attractions within a short drive. A 15-minute drive will take you to numerous restaurants with a variety of cuisines to meet your taste. You can also visit one of the vineyards in the surrounding areas. Lake Bob Sandlin State Park is a little over 5.7 miles away and guests will appreciate the numerous activities offered in surrounding Mount Vernon and Mount Pleasant.
For the chocolate lovers - we highly recommend a trip into Mount Pleasant to visit Sweet Shop USA. You will not be disappointed when you try one of their hand made cholcolates.

We recommend own vehicle to get to the cabin. Guests may also carry with their bikes to explore the Lake which is a mile away from the cabin.

• NO smoking or vaping inside the property or near the front door.
• NO more than 6 people can stay at the cabin.
• NO hunting (guns or bow & arrows), no fishing, no swimming in the pond.
• You are out in nature – you might see deer, wild hogs, coyotes, spiders,some venomous snakes and other wildlife.
. Drive down the county road and you will find Grun Ranch and might be lucky enough to see some of their Longhorn Cattle by the fence line grazing.
