Ideally located in a water-access community, this bright, peaceful home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac directly across from the community pool and tennis courts. Guests will also enjoy easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and James Farm Ecological Preserve offering bay access less than a mile away. Hop in the car for the quick drive to Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, just under four miles away, to people-watch and work on your tan. Fenwick Island State Park Boat Ramp is six-and-a-half miles away with mooring areas for boats and kayak storage near the ramp. Guests will also have access to a pool and tennis courts.
At home, grab some coffee and start the day with a tree-lined view on your back deck, weather permitting. Inside, you’ll find an open layout, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of space for the family to spread out. The full kitchen features gleaming stainless steel appliances and lots of workspace, and there’s plenty of room for group meals around the dining table.
