‘The Clock Tower ’- is a unique and stylish converted barn with oak beams and high ceilings. This 2 - bed is cosy and full of charm, and is in the heart of the countryside, close to Henley-on-Thames. Indoor pool.

The space
A private and self-contained barn with two bedrooms set in a secluded courtyard of converted old farm.
There is also a sister barn with a further two bedrooms when the Clock Tower is not available. Or you can take both if available for up to 8 people.
The living room has a large comfortable leather sofa with masses of cushions. There is large smart TV & sound system. It has a recently fitted new kitchen with oak sideboards, contemporary cupboards and all the essential kitchen appliances you could possibly need.
The décor is characterful with charm. With interesting paintings and books to while away the hours.
The main bedroom has very high ceilings and the bed has layers of comfortable duvets and plenty of pillows. Decorated with cool creams pink soft hues, there is plenty of storage. It has a luxury new carpet.
The second bedroom has a king-sized bed. Fur throws and contemporary linen curtains, this room is peaceful and large. All rooms have views over the courtyard, with lavender and jasmine situated just outside the windows.
The Clock Tower has a new kitchen with oak sideboards, contemporary cupboards and all the essential kitchen appliances you could possibly need. The décor is characterful with charm. With interesting paintings and books to while away the hours. There is a large dining table with bench and chairs which seats 6 easily.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower and big white towels. We supply luxury bath products by Bamford.
Patio & Outside Space.
A perfect place to watch the sun go down and spend the summer evening with your friends, this courtyard patio is private for your own use and surrounded with lovely plants and herbs.
The Pool. We have a beautiful indoor heated pool at 29 degrees. For guests use between 2pm and 6pm. Sometimes we may have other guests who may like to use the pool so we will suggest a 2hr window for your own private use. There are also aqua aerobic classes 3 days a week which you are welcome to join.
We also have the ‘The Dairy’ it’s sister barn next door for extra guests or alternative. Together both barns can take 8 guests.
‘The Farm’ once owned by the Phillimore Estate was a part of a working Farm and was well known for its pedigree herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle. Converted into contemporary living accommodation in the 1990’s and surrounded by a courtyard, the The Clock Tower still retains the oldie worldly charm, and has retained the brick and flint walls and exposed beams from times gone by.
Surrounded by glorious countryside, ‘the Clock Tower’ is part of a Farm in the hamlet of Wyfold which has only a few houses. It is approached from the quiet lane in the middle of the hamlet into a beautiful courtyard with turning circle.
Wyfold Farm is a private home located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the edge of Wyfold close to Peppard Common, a charming Chiltern village near to the historic town of Henley-on-Thames. The village has a shop, a tennis club and a good choice of popular gastro pubs and restaurants.
Golf can also be played in the area and there are a wide range of shops, and restaurants in nearby Sonning Common and Henley on Thames. The views and countryside walks are spectacular and there is horse riding close by for adults and children.

Whilst we are happy for you to bring one dog - we would ask that you hoover up after your stay. We also insist that the dog is not left alone in the property at any time.
