This charming studio with designer touches is comfortable and cozy. Full kitchen with granite counters and cherry wood cabinets and upscale appliances. Completely stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, linens and towels for your use. The queen-size bed is incredibly comfortable with Egyptian cotton linens. There is a full bath with shower and tub, grab bars, in unit washer & dryer, wifi internet connection, TV and cable, and air conditioning. Enjoy alfresco dining on the lanai. The secure building has a large swimming pool and BBQ area. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs and lite weight cooler.
It's the perfect Honolulu hideaway, centrally located yet a short distance away from everything ! Located on the 6th floor of a quiet secure building on the slope of Punchbowl crater, site of the world recognized National Cemetery of the Pacific. It's close to the world famous Ala Moana Beach Park and Shopping Center. Just a 10 minute drive to Waikiki or take advantage of our great public transportation system to get you anywhere on the island. The nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk away. Even if you are here for work, you couldn't ask for a nicer retreat to come home to.
For security reasons we do not provide address until booking. Guests will be contacted with directions and arrangements made for personal greeting for check-in. Our GET/TAT numbers will be provided upon booking.

Summary: Cozy and functional with plenty of amenities that made the stay enjoyable. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with plenty of accoutrements. The toaster over was especially handy. The bathroom had grab bars in the shower which was nice. The bowl sink took up a lot of real estate, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. An instant water heater gave a good supply of hot water. Overall, the furnishings were modest but functional. The cushy easy chairs pictured in the ads had been replaced with wicker ones - likely not as comfortable. A small TV was made even smaller by the fact that the picture had a 2" black border. The floor covering intrigued me - it was curled in spots with gaps between some of the tiles. The apartment overlooked Thurston St. which appeared to be a major bus and emergency vehicle route, so traffic noise from that and the visible H1 was ever-present. The louvered wall next to the bed let that sound in as if the window was open. Other than that noise, it was quiet. The light over the kitchen sink did not work and there was no battery in the smoke detector. It was nice having a dedicated parking spot. In summation, a nice place conveniently located to visit O'ahu.
