The main level has an open living and kitchen space as well as a dining table to seat 6. The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and beautiful deep sink, making for a pleasant cooking space. Unique in Mariners Landing, the master suite with King bed is on the ground level offering a full walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and floor space. The master bathroom has a spacious his and hers sink area, large walk in shower and separate restroom area with a door for privacy. Offering a small office as well, makes for the perfect location for the working vacation.
For your convenience the washer/dryer is also on this level.
An enclosed patio makes a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon tea. There is also a small patio area accessible from the living room offering a bit of "green" space.
