Beautifully remodeled with sun-drenched porches and light-filled living spaces, this comfortable bungalow has space for nine people, an outdoor shower, tons of deck space, and a barbeque area with a charcoal grill. Your crew will love the ocean breezes and easy access to Terramar Beach. Mix up a pitcher of margaritas and kick back at this delightful Texas coast cottage.
NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect your trip plans. We can assure our guests that we will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning all surfaces and linens during the turnover of each home. Beach Access: The Terramar Beach access point is only a 30-second car ride or 3-4 minute walk away.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Galveston!

A Boho-Chic Beach Bungalow:
The main level great room is open and inviting, with airy vaulted ceilings, crisp white shiplap detail, and light wood floors. A comfy and plush futon is covered in soft throw pillows and opens to sleep two people. Two vintage rattan armchairs provide more seating in the living area, and a flatscreen television sits on a modern console table. You’ll want to relax here in the evenings while you catch up on your favorite tv show or host a family movie night with a big bowl of popcorn. Thoughtful, eclectic details add to the boho-chic vibe.
The streamlined kitchen has wood tone cabinets topped with quartz countertops. A peninsula bar has seating for four people, and a chunky walnut dining table with teal chairs has seating for six. Pack up some snacks for the beach, serve a quick lunch to your crew, or prepare an elaborate dinner— the kitchen is fully-stocked and completely accommodating for whatever amount of cooking you want to do— or not do!
Clean and Cozy Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is down the hallway and features a queen-size bed with a lively patterned bedspread and charming greenery hung in macrame holders. An attached half bath adds a bit of privacy, while a glass door leads out to the sunny back porch.
A second bedroom has two bunk beds— one a twin-over-twin and the other a twin-over-full size, all made up with bright, tropical prints. A doorway leads out to the back deck space that is shared with the master bedroom. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is accessible from the hallway.
Guests have access to the entire property, and there’s parking for about three or four cars in the driveway. There’s free street parking as well.
On the spacious front deck, two swinging chairs make the ideal spot to relax with your bestie and a cup of coffee— or a glass of wine at twilight. Downstairs on the ground level, there’s a covered barbeque area for grilling up burgers and hot dogs, a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes, and a laundry room.
For a blissful beach day, the access point for Terramar Beach is right around the corner, and the friendly community lets you feel like a Texas coast local. It’s also an easy drive to the Galveston Strand for dining and shopping, or to Pleasure Pier for amusement park fun.

- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
