Your unit is fully self-contained, private and relaxing with one bedroom featuring a queen bed and the other with a king bed which can also be converted into two singles.
Please note that this is a SMOKE FREE property, therefore smoking/vaping is not allowed in ANY area of the property.

Extras include the opportunity to rent bikes, surfboards, hire the Chill Mobile (a campervan), plus tours to the Sunshine Hinterland (Montville and Maleny) upon availability.
Offering a chilled bohemian vibe, lush landscaping and relaxed open spaces, this laid-back pad located in a quiet cul-de-sac is 4 km from surfing at Alexandra Headlands or Mooloolaba and 13 km from the Sunshine Coast Airport.
Private area includes spacious lounge with 75 inch Smart TV with Netflix, fully self-contained kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 or 3 beds), 1 bathroom (separate toilet) and laundry. Foldable doors to a north-east facing balcony with views for the garden and outdoor areas - a delightful place to sit and enjoy a morning cuppa! Both bedrooms have queen size beds, cupboard with hanging spaces and fans available. Free street parking available.
You are spoilt for choice as there are many shops and restaurants close by including the Wharf at Mooloolaba and the Sunshine Plaza at Maroochydore (about 4 km). There are also some awesome forest walks close by including the Buderim Forest walk, Foote Sanctuary and another beautiful forest/park walk assessable from the house.
Easy access to all highways going both north and south.

HOSTS:
We, Conrad (Aussie) and Nara (Brazilian), live in the upstairs apartment (city views) with our dog Coco, cat Samson and our bub Vienna. Please be aware for the potential for transferred noise. We are early rises and also go to bed early.
HOUSE RULES
The Chillhaus is a relaxing space and not a party house, we ask that there is no noise after 10pm. It is best suited to children over 12 and as we have pets, we can’t accept yours, sorry.
Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, all house rules, and anything else you may need to know.
