Summary: Our family of three rented the studio for three nights. The studio is small but pet-friendly (we traveled with our dog), clean and worked well for us. The kitchen has some essentials, a market, coffee shop, and the Maverick metro stop are nearby. The arrangement is more corporate housing than family-friendly stay, though. We had to sign a lease agreement, communication is quite difficult, email exchanges and responses are generic as the Global Luxury Suites corporation studio we rented is managed locally by Churchill Living corporation and, even if one calls, no one seems to have a good grasp of the actual situation of the rental. The blanket for our teenager who used the sleeper sofa was missing, we requested it twice, but it was never provided. We also did not receive a response regarding parking in the building. Otherwise, we enjoyed the location and our stay.
