The backyard has a HEATED Pebble-Tec POOL, Billiards, Mini-Putt-Putt, Jacuzzi, Ping-Pong Table, Fire Pit, BBQ Grill, Foosball table, & Jinga. Each Room has Smart TVS WITH CABLE. Home has internet/Wifi & has 24 hour check-in w/ a Smart Lock (No Key Needed).

This house has it all. The backyard is the equivalent of a high end resort. It includes beautiful custom landscaping worth $200k. It features outdoor travertine flooring around the pebble-tec pool, Hot Tub, 9 TVS, custom Kitchen-Aid BBQ and kitchenette and outdoor stove, 6 person firepit table with custom Pergola, 2 person day bed, 4 loungers, & 1 outdoor rocking lounger with a blue umbrella. The pool also has a waterfall with a new LED Light.
In the backyard, you have several games that include mini-putt putt, ping pong, foosball, cornhole, & Jinga. Inside the home, you have Monopoly, Apples to Apples, Poker, Chess, Playing Cards, Cards against Humanity, & another game called, "What do you Meme."
As soon as you walk inside the kitchen, you have custom Jenn-Air Appliances, a new Samsung Refrigerator, and an induction cooktop. You also have a custom 8 person quartz waterfall table. You also have a beautiful fireplace that was custom built in the family room.
As far as the bathrooms, you have beautiful high end tile in every bathroom (4 full bathrooms). Every bathroom also has LED mirrors that light up with a push of a button. In one bathroom, you have shower jets that give you a massage. In bathroom 2 in the master bathroom you have a soaking black tub, and the other 2 bathrooms have rainfall showerheads.
Each bedroom has its own TV with Cable access, and hotel quality mattresses and sheets. Each bedroom includes wall receptacles with USB Ports next to the lamps which help charge your hand-held device, tablet or other smart devices charge faster than a normal power outlet (3.4 amps).
The game room features a Connelly Pool table with 2 pub tables and a cordoza.

1 BBQ Propane Tank Provided per stay. Extra propane tanks can be purchased for $50 per tank to operate gas firepit table.
Pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes up to 3 full days to warm the 20,000 gallon pool. Heated Pool service should be paid at initial reservation. This fee is non- refundable, so please only pay for it if you are sure you need the pool to be heated.
We DO NOT offer the option to heat the pool for a portion of your stay as it is costly to heat 20,000 gallons of water for the property owner.

We have outdoor security camera's at all the properties we manage in the front yard and backyard that record audio and video. The security cameras face towards the front door, driveway, pool, and outdoor gate.
