Welcome to our modern, Scandinavian-inspired newly constructed home located just a stone's throw away from the vibrant heart of Washington, D.C. This serene and stylish dwelling offers the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility, making it an ideal base for exploring the nation's capital.
Only 25 minutes to downtown DC, 2 minutes to Mosaic district, 9 minutes to Tysons Corner and situated 5 minutes to either Vienna or Dunn-Loring Metro stations on the Orange Line!
The space:
Scandinavian-inspired 3 story home design with a spacious Main bedroom and balcony with an ensuite bathroom with heated flooring! 4 additional upstairs bedrooms each with a Queen bed: 2 of which are Jack & Jill and share a bathroom, and another 2 are located next to the other hallway full bathroom! One of the queen bedrooms upstairs has a desk and workspace! The upstairs hallway also has a washer and dryer closet! The 5th Queen bedroom is located in the basement, which has its own full bathroom as well as a walkout staircase leading to the backyard!
Guest access:
Guests will have access to all areas of the home, back and side yards, and use of garage and driveway, with exception to the Owner's locked closet located in the basement!
Other things to note:
The home is located on a busy street and across the street from a fire station, so sounds of vehicles passing and emergency sirens may be heard. The lot located behind the property is currently undergoing construction, so there may be construction noises during the day.
There are a total of 4 security cameras located throughout the exterior of the home for safety and insurance purposes. One camera located above the garage outside, one is located on the side yard fence facing the side door another is located facing the backyard outside the sliding doors in the living room, and the final one is the smart doorbell. These are all located on the exterior of the property and there are NO cameras inside the home itself.
There are some drainage ditches in the backyard for water runoff. Please be careful and watch where you step!
