- Bedroom 1: two single beds (which can form a 180x190 bed) with duvet (240x260) and a cot.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) with duvet (220x240) and a cot
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with duvet (220x240) and desk area
- Bathroom with bath and WC.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 4 (dormitory): two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a double bed (140×190) with duvet (220x240)
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of around 200 m² facing north-west, higher than the house, with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather. All the equipment you need for barbecuing is provided: tongs, spatulas, skewers, etc.
- A terrace level with the house under a pergola sheltered from the wind.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, changing mat, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, iron.

Plomodiern is a commune nestling on the Bay of Douarnenez at the entrance to the Crozon peninsula. You'll have the chance to enjoy a multitude of activities, both on land and at sea. Let yourself be carried away by the Celtic atmosphere and set off to discover Locronan, a village full of character, or Quimper, two beautiful towns with enriching cultural visits! You'll be seduced by the green countryside on one side and the fine sandy beaches on the other, such as Kervijen, Porz Ar Vag and Lestrevet. Kervel and Sainte-Anne-la-Palud are around 10 kilometres away, offering you the chance to try your hand at a whole range of water sports: surfing, sand yachting, boating, kitesurfing...
- Sights: The typical village of Locronan is 15 minutes away (explore the village with its many galleries, church, small shops and crêperies). The authentic town of Douarnenez is 20 minutes away (discover the canneries, the port, the town centre and the coastal paths). The superb Crozon peninsula is 25 minutes away, with Telgruc-sur-Mer, Morgat, Crozon, Camaret-sur-Mer, etc. (an opportunity to take on the GR34, the peaks and the pretty beaches!)
