Outside, you'll find a breezy front porch swing, comfy sun loungers overlooking the lake, and several yard games including a couple private mini golf holes! Free private dock access for one boat, easy boat parking at the house, fast Wifi, Smart TVs, piano, and more! Perfect for the boating enthusiasts and lake lovers! Located near Paso Robles, enjoy many nearby wineries and wedding venues.

The Space

The Chateau Naci is sure to impress from the moment you pull up! Inside, you'll walk into a grand entry and staircase. To the right, the living area features a large comfy sectional, piano, and Smart TV, and opens into the game room with a multi-game table. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining area which features a fireplace, another Smart TV, and access to the outside back patio. One bedroom with a queen trundle bed and a laundry room round out spacious the main floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The primary suite features gorgeous views from the sitting nook, a gas fireplace, luxurious king size bed, and en suite with shower and jetted bathtub. The guest bedroom features a queen bed. The bunk room has a twin/twin and full/full bunkbed, TV with a loaded video game console, and basketball hoop! The kids won't ever want to leave! Let the fun continue outside with corn hole, big jenga, mini-golf, and other yard games.

The Neighborhood

Oak Shores is a walkable lakeside community and has many amenities. The lake view pool and shade deck are located next to the Clubhouse on Turkey Cove, overlooking the Main Marina, and is typically open Easter weekend to Halloween weekend. Our playground next to the pool and clubhouse is the perfect setting to bring the kids and grand-kids to play. The 18 hole mini golf course is a favorite among guests, and golf clubs are included with the vacation rental. There's also a marina, small library, and many events throughout the year. There are also many rules. Make sure to read through your paperwork carefully.

House Rules

1. Communication is key!Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours. Guests must arrive before 7pm, otherwise the gates will close!

2. ALL guests coming to the house must be disclosed on your form. 8 adults max (Oak Shores counts anyone 16 an older as an adult) Pets are NOT allowed.

3. No unauthorized parties! Please treat Chateau Naci as if it's your own lake house. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine plus HOA fines. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Pool hours are from 9am-10pm.

4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, mini golf), game room games, and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.

5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If this doesn't sound like a good fit, let us know what you're looking for and we can point you in the right direction. The HOA rules need to be followed exactly, please don't think you're going to sneak people, extra cars, boats, or pets in. They will turn you around at the gate.

6. Be a local! You're welcome to take advantage of all the Oak Shores amenities and lake access, but please be respectful of the facilities. Don't leave trash outside where it will attract wild animals. There is a provided trash bin for your convenience. If you park your boat on the street, it must be attached to your vehicle, but we do offer boat parking at the house that is off the street!

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Parking:

Only two vehicles may park on the property at any time. (If you have more than two vehicles, a $15/ day permit per vehicle is required, and you must park in the designated parking lot which is NOT within walking distance of the house.). There is also boat parking at the property, in addition to parking for two vehicles.

Rental Agreement Required: Upon booking please be ready to confirm all guests' names and vehicles entering the community. Only guests whose names are on the registration will be allowed in passed the gate.

ENTRY: Guests must arrive before 7 pm. Gate hours are from 7a-7p throughout your stay.

Guest Requirements:

Max 8 adults may stay per reservation. (Oak Shores defines an adult as 16+ years old)

Bringing a Boat? :

Prepayment is required prior to arrival. Guests must call the Entrance Gate & have CF# ready along with the trailer’s information for the screening. This needs to be done at least 48 hours before the CHECK IN. You may park the boat and trailer in the driveway or boat parking provided, but you may not park the boat and trailer on the street UNLESS it is still hooked up to a vehicle. Trailer parking at the boat ramp is not permitted. Drop off your party with the boat in the lake, then take the trailer back to the house and park it in the driveway. There is lake access from the house.

Failure to prepay for a watercraft within this time will result with an additional fee of $100.

HOA:

We are located in a prestigious community, so make sure to follow the rules exactly to avoid tickets and fines. Two vehicles max, no pets, and no guests who are not on the reservation list. Guests must arrive during gate operating hours or they will not be able to enter the property. The community is a lake-side community. Lots of boats and wildlife. Please do not pet or feed the deer. They are wild animals. This is a great neighborhood and is very fun and the residents are super friendly, however, the HOA is incredibly strict, so we ask that you abide by the rules exactly.
