Look no further than this cozy apartment overlooking the marina. Sip on some good coffee and watch the boats go by. Take a dip in the refreshing pool on one of those hot Florida days or take cover in the apartment and turn on a good show on our large screen smart tv. We offer Hulu and Hulu live for all your favorite channels. Or you can log into any of your other favorite streaming apps with our Roku tv. There is a washer and dryer on site that is free to use.

● Quiet Hours after 10:00 pm
● Please take the trash and remove food from the fridge/freezer
● Pets are permitted with a refundable pet deposit of $300. Case-by-case basis; please contact us for more information. In some cases, a non-refundable pet deposit will be required. If pets are found on-premises or evidence of that, a penalty fee of $500 will be assessed in addition to any damages caused. Service animals need proper documentation and notice at the time of booking.
● Prior authorization is required prior to having additional guests other than the amount on the reservation. If you have any additional guest(s) beyond the amount on the reservation, you will be charged $50.00 per guest per night.
● Prior authorization is required for parties. A party constitutes more guests than the number of guests allowed at the property, and these guests are either visiting and/or staying at the property. If a “party” takes place, we hold the right to charge you the party fee of $1000.00. Please note, this party only covers the act of a “party.” If there are any damages or other broken house rules, you will also be charged any additional fees at our discretion. Party is defined as having anyone at the house not approved or more than the number of guests accepted on the reservation. Prior approval is required for a “party.”
● Late check-outs are charged at $50 per half hour after 11 am unless otherwise approved. We hate to do this, but we sometimes have to turn our unit to check in on time for the next guest.
● Mandatory additional cleaning fee if the stay is 14 days or longer.
● Don’t lose the key! If the key is lost, a $125 minimum fine will apply.
● Late check-out: any check-out later than 11:00 am will be charged $50.00/ 1/2 hr. An exception would be if a party otherwise makes an agreement and/or arrangement.
Sand:
● Please wash sand and excess sunscreen off before entering the pools!
● Try your best to rinse the sand off of your body/feet before walking inside.
● Brush the rest of the sand off of the body before bathing.
● Remove sand from items before washing. If not, it will clog our machine, and you will incur a fee
Smoking:
NO SMOKING INSIDE
● All smoking should be done outside. All cigarettes should be disposed of in the outdoor trash can. If you do smoke inside, a fee of $500.00 will apply!!!!
● Any odor and/or used items will indicate smoking inside
● No illicit substances allowed inside or outside the property
Linens:
● Remove all used sheets.
● Remove all used towels
Furniture:
● Please return each item to the original placement if furniture has been moved.
● Please remove sheets and convert the bed back into a sofa if using a sofa bed.
NOTE: Linens are provided for the use of sofa bed(s). Linens should only be used for the necessity of sofa bed(s).
● Please do not use any indoor furniture, linens, pillows, etc. outside
Outdoor:
● Return all outdoor cushions and furniture to the original location.
Kitchen:
● Rinse all used cutlery and kitchenware, place in the dishwasher, and start the dishwasher using the detergent provided under the kitchen sink.
● Completely clean all used cutlery and kitchenware.
● Remove/dispose of all used eatable items.
Trash:
● Empty all trash/bins and dispose of them in the main outdoor trashcan.
Thermostat:
● Please do not set the thermostat(s) any lower than 70 degrees F.
● Prior to leaving the property, please thermostat(s) to 76 degrees F.
Key:
● Place key back inside lockbox prior to leaving.
● Additional Guests: Any number of guests above the amount on the initial registration or over our max capacity will be charged $100 per person per day. If you have 02 people in total stay, put 02, not the 01. We are very strict on this policy as we have had some guests say only 01 person is coming but have four and throw a party.
NOTE: FAILURE TO REASONABLY COMPLY WILL AFFECT THE RETURN OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND WILL INCUR FURTHER COSTS BEYOND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IF NECESSARY. ALL OF THE ABOVE CARRY AN ADDITIONAL FEE AT MANAGEMENT DISCRETION.
