For an exceptional stay on the French Riviera, we welcome you in our villa composed of a very beautiful apartment of 150 sq. m and two studios in an annex of 50 sq. m in the heart of Antibes. Located 100 meters from the beaches and a 10-min walk from Antibes’s Old Town, this villa can accommodate up to 9 people. You will be in the center of many stores and restaurants so that you can enjoy a family vacation or a long weekend in the sun.
On the 1st floor of this beautiful villa (without elevator), you will find the apartment of 150 sq. m that can accommodate up to 5 people in absolute comfort. With its parquet floors and high ceilings, it includes:
- a terrace with sea view,
- a large and bright living room with a dining area,
- a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a single bed,
- a peaceful bedroom with double bed,
- 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bathtub),
- a well-equipped separate kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment and air conditioning,
- baby’s crib, highchair,
- TV, Wi-Fi and a piano.
On the garden level, the annex of 50 sq. m can accommodate up to 4 people. This completely peaceful space includes:
- a bedroom of 25 sq. m with a double bed,
- a bedroom of 20 sq. m with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- an equipped kitchenette (fridge, hotplates),
- air conditioning and storage,
- TV (with Netflix only) and Wi-Fi.
The villa also includes a private parking spot.

The villa is ideally located a 3-min walk from the beaches (L’Ilette, la Salis) and 10 min from the Provençal market and the old town. Enjoy a nice stroll in the lovely flowered alleys of Antibes’s Old Town to reach the Cours Masséna in just 8 min on foot. You will be able to find many stores nearby as well as restaurants and cafés on the seaside and will also be close to several other places of interest: the Archaeology Museum, the Picasso Museum, the ramparts, the Vauban port, the Cap d’Antibes.
In the heart of the French Riviera, you will be able to reach Juan-les-Pins in 5 min by car to find its lively streets and its famous nightlife: casino, restaurants and nightclubs... Cannes, the Croisette and its festivals will be at 20 min by car (10 min by train) while the Promenade des Anglais and the treasures of Nice will be at 30 minutes by car.
