Your group will thoroughly enjoy this brand new cozy, centrally-located home in Hamilton. Minutes to the beachfront and some of the best restaurants in the area, this peaceful retreat will be your oasis for as long as you stay here. This home is a walk or short drive away from many great shops, sights, and outdoor attractions, including Hamilton's breathtaking waterfalls, countless nature trails, and premium wineries!
This new property has a bright, spacious living room located on the main floor, complete with a smart TV, Wifi, a pull-out sofabed (sleeps 2), and a coffee station (for the coffee connoisseurs)! Immediately off of the living room there is a full kitchen, stocked with all of your necessities, as well as a dining area that comfortably seats 6.
The three bedrooms are all located on the top-most floor. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuite, smart TV, and walk-in closet (hangers, iron & ironing board provided). The two standard bedrooms are each equipped with a twin-sized bed and closet, and share a full bath. All of our beds are complete with premium Sealy posturepedic foam mattresses, ensuring a comfortable sleep every night.
On the ground level, there is a walk-out basement designated as a rec/game room, complete with a bar cart, table and seating, and selected board games for your entertainment.

Your group will have access to the entire property, backyard, and patio/deck. You will also be provided with two free parking spaces, one outside & one inside the garage (garage door must be opened from inside the home).
CHECK-IN:
You will be provided with a unique entry passcode to enter the house, one hour prior to your check-in time. You may enter this code via touch keypad upon arrival.
You may contact your hosts at any time through Airbnb at the phone numbers and/or emails provided if there are any check-in related issues or otherwise.
AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING:
We have a central AC/heating system which can be controlled via the touch-screen display panel on the wall in the living room. You may regulate the temperature by tapping "Mode" to navigate between heat, cool, and off modes, and adjust the temperature accordingly with the up and down arrows.
Please note that this development is new and the sod in the backyard has yet to be laid.
