The House

This peaceful home in the country is situated near many outdoor recreation areas, so make sure to pack your hiking shoes for visits to the five surrounding state parks in the area. When you aren't hiking amongst the area's many lush trails, head for Castle Rock Lake to swim, boat, or fish. The Necedah Wildlife Center, home to 40,000 acres of wildlife is a perfect place to see beavers, white-tailed deer, or the many birds, including the Sandhill and Whooping Cranes. With seasonal activities such as snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, and biking, you can enjoy your stay 365 days of the year!
When you’re not out exploring the area, return to a cozy retreat. Enjoy movie nights for the whole family on the oversized sectional sofa and large smart TV, equipped to cue up your favorite streaming services. Make group meals in the spacious, fully stocked kitchen, where there will never be “too many cooks in the kitchen” thanks to ample prep space.
