We are very glad to invite you to the spacious Charming house CEDRO -130 m². Enjoy holidays at lake devote to sports and nature in the countryside of Rome. Rome is only 50 minutes away by car. The Charming home CEDRO is located within the Country resort "Villa La Paiola", on the green shores of Lake Vico. The well-kept 2ha park offer to you a stunning view of lake Vico. The proximity of Rome allows you to organize frequent visits to Vatican. In addition, the area has a significant ornithological interest, given the presence of several species of predators. Birdwatching is possible practice from the garden. The paths for walking among the trees is absolutely unique in whole area of Latium.
The nearest lake Vico ( 470m asl ) allows kayaking, canoeing, swimming, windsurfing. Sporting equipment: kayak, canoe and bike can be rented at the lake. The green beaches and banks of the lake are well equipped to welcome you.
The particularity of the Charming house Cedro is its large green garden with a stunning lake view. The house is accessible from magnificent terrace facing the lake (650m asl), carefully equipped for outdoor meals in shadow of the vine pergola. The house extends over three levels and is composed by: two double bedrooms, one with a lake view, another with en-suit bathroom. A huge living/dining room has well-equipped kitchenette. The living has access up to the wooden loft, which contains two single beds. Small room for wardrobe. Three complete bathrooms with shower. The panoramic terrace is equipped for outdoor dining and is connected with living. From there, a breathtaking view.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is free of charge and cover the area of garden. If necessary, the terrace becomes your smart office in open air.
We will be happy to prepare the house as well as possible, if necessary, with addition of baby bed. Enjoy, upon your arrival, the welcome basket with Italian wine Chianti, fruit and pastry cakes.
BBQ is available, request it before your arrival, please.
The 12 x 6 x 1.5m swimming pool is a few steps from the house, to share.
Important note: the environment offers a fantastic holiday location from where , at a few minutes, is possible to reach the most important tourist sites in Central Latium. The pleasant breeze from the lake and the natural ventilation at this location are priceless. This natural environment is loved also by low presence of mosquitoes.
