We welcome you to our charming 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in beautiful Richmond, Virginia! Our recently renovated property boasts modern amenities while maintaining its original character & is the perfect place for your next getaway. Our private home features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable living room with plenty of seating & a dining area to enjoy meals with your family & friends. Located in a quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Your dogs are also welcome!
As you enter the front door, you'll be greeted by an open and inviting living room. The super plush, spacious sofa provides ample seating for relaxation, while the large windows flood the room with natural light.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The adjacent dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together with your loved ones.
The five bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer comfortable accommodations and a relaxing atmosphere for up to ten guests. The master bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed, while the other four bedrooms offer a variety of twin, full and queen sized beds.
Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV and has plenty of storage and closet space for your belongings.
The two full bathrooms, one located on each floor, have been updated with modern fixtures and finishes. You'll love the sleek tile work and spacious showers. The upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom is positioned between the fourth bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and the hallway.
The home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, flat-screen Smart TVs, and a washer and dryer. Outside, there is a large, grassy backyard with a charcoal grill perfect for enjoying a summer barbecue with friends and family.
The entirety of the home and property are accessible to guests with the exception of two hospitality closets; one located in the kitchen and one located in the upstairs hallway. The home is entirely private to our guests and there are no shared spaces.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home is just a short drive away from downtown Richmond and all the city has to offer.
Here you can explore a vibrant food and arts scene, or take a stroll along the historic James River.

The nearby Virginia State Capitol and the Richmond National Battlefield Park are also popular tourist attractions.
Additionally, the home is also conveniently located less than a ten minute drive (less than four miles) from the Richmond International Airport.
There is parking available in the paved driveway, as well as free street parking out front of the property.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We only allow up to two dogs; no cats or other animals. This is non-negotiable.
We are pet friendly. However, we only accept up to two dogs for a $50.00 pet fee. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee.
No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
