If you are planning a large family and friends gathering we have the perfect property for you. Located in beautiful Angra do Reis with its myriad of tropical islands and fabulous beaches, this exclusive large private home is available for rental.
Sleeping an impressive twenty people, it boasts a large pool, beach, volleyball court, tennis court, even a grass soccer field for the lovers of samba football! With ten bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the entire extended family can feel at home, yet surrounded by every amenity. The house is single storey, meaning easy access for both young and old, and so that the ladies can relax, there is a daily cleaning service.
The gorgeous garden and tranquil mountain views make this a calming retreat, but for entertainment, cable TV, Wi-Fi a sound system and Netflix are on hand, when everyone is tired of enjoying the outdoor life. There is even a helipad and a boat dock so that you can arrive in privacy and style.
This delightful and very special property offers the ideal exclusive yet fun getaway which all the family will love.
Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Other Things to Note:
We have our own lease agreement model. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 6 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
