Welcome to our charming and modern 4 bedroom house in Gafanha da Nazaré. The house is located in a quiet area with quick access. Located between the city of Aveiro and the wonderful beaches of Barra and Costa Nova. Just 5 minutes from the center of Aveiro and 10 minutes by bike from the beaches. And 40 min drive from the airport.
Our house is ready to welcome you and your family or friends.

Our house is ready to welcome you and your family or friends. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 of which is a suite and 1 bedroom prepared with two children's beds. There is also the possibility of adding 1 crib to any of the rooms.
It has 3 bathrooms with shower and the suite bathroom also has a beautiful and spacious bathtub for you to relax.
The children's room has some toys so that they are also happy.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals as if you were in your own home.
The living room has a large sofa so you can enjoy and watch your favorite series and movies on the SmartTV in the room.
Outside there is a porch that connects the living and dining room to the garden. On this porch you can find a table and chairs and an outdoor sofa so you can have meals outdoors if you want, sharing pleasant moments with your family and friends while enjoying the starry sky or listening to the first sounds of the birds in the morning.
You can find a barbecue outside to make and enjoy a meal of fresh fish from our coast or a wonderful barbecue.
The villa also has a large lawn where your children can run and play.
Inside the home you will also find a laundry room with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
To make you feel more comfortable, there are also two parking spaces within the house area.
And of course if you intend to use our house on cold days this won't be a problem, as we have underfloor heating.
