Greensprings Vacation Resort is a beautiful, family-friendly destination located on the outskirts of Williamsburg, Virginia. The resort is surrounded by luscious trees and two beautiful golf courses designed by the Nicklaus Design group and renowned architect Tom Clark. Check-in begins at 4 pm but if you arrive at the resort earlier, let them know and if your room is ready, they may be able to let you check in early. If not, the front desk can hold your luggage and you can explore the area while they finish cleaning and preparing for your arrival.
This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort upon check-in. Unit view, floor, and location of the unit on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
- All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort (front desk reception at Greensprings).

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $15.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). *Resort Fee includes table tennis access, foos ball access, putt-putt (mini golf) access, Activities, BBQ grill(s) access, basketball court access, puzzle and board game access, business center access, fitness center access, hot tub access, local/toll-free calls, playground access, pool access, self-parking, tennis court access, volleyball court access and shuffleboard access.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
The front desk will be available at any time. They will assist in any matter.

There are (2) 2-bedroom condos, side-by-side, to create a 2,436 square foot 4-bedroom lockoff, which comes with two master suites and two full kitchens. The two units are joined by a common hallway, each with a separate (lockable) entrance door. The units may be used separately (maybe by two families) or together. Each of the (2) 2-bedroom/2-bathroom units are side-by-side to create one huge 4-bedroom/4-bathroom unit, each have their own private entrance-way. Use them as two separate 2-bedroom/2-bathroom units or one 4-bedroom/4-bathroom unit. Enjoy 2 full kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 queen sleeper sofas. This configuration will accommodate 12 adults, perfect for large groups!
Each 2 bedroom condo features one king bed in the master bedroom. In each of the 2nd bedrooms, there is either one queen bed or two twin beds. A separate living area includes a sleeper sofa and balcony or patio.
