This amazing 300m2 rural villa on a 30000m2 plot of land has been restored respectfully maintaining its authentic Ibizan style. It is located in Benimussa, the wide, picturesque valley in the San José countryside. Its strategic location means that the distances to the most beautiful beaches on the southeast of the island as well as to the towns of San José and San Antonio are very short. The house is 10 minutes from the town of San José and 8 minutes from San Antonio.There is a refundable caution deposit of 800.-€ /payment upon arrival
The property is in peaceful and tranquil surroundings with a tidy garden with a real grass lawn and fruit trees. From its terraces you can enjoy ample views of the valley and the farmlands and from the garden and the dining room, spectacular sea and sunset views.
It sleeps up to 10 persons. It has 5 double bedrooms: One bedroom with a 1.35m double bed; two bedrooms with 1.60m double beds; two bedrooms with a 2x2m bed (made up of two 1m single beds).
The main entrance to the house is through a small lounge area with a fireplace from which you access a spacious lounge/dining room with sea views; via 4 steps another separate little lounge and the kitchen. The kitchen is large, fully equipped and has a dining area, a larder and a fireplace and small sofa, adding that special charm typical of Ibicencan houses.
The entire house is located on one floor. The kitchen leads onto an outside porch area and to another lounge/hall area (typical of ibicencan architecture).
From this lounge/hall area you get to the other part of the house which comprises two spacious bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom with shower), a small study, a separate bathroom with shower and a staff bathroom.

It has several terraces which can be accessed directly from the lounges as well as a large patio with tables and chairs ideal for enjoying breakfast or dinner al fresco during the hotter summer months.
Going down some steps towards the pool and barbeque and set on a lower level is a very well-kept garden with a real grass lawn and fruit trees as well as an outside bathroom and shower, on a yet lower level we find the pool with its spacious terrace (with loungers, sunshades and coffee tables) which connects with the covered barbeque area with a large table which seats 10 persons. This area is totally equipped with kitchen appliances, fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine as well as a most practical gas hot plate taking the place of a regular charcoal barbeque because the latter constitutes a fire hazard in the countryside.
In addition to sheets and bath towels there are also towels for the pool area.
The house has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge/dining room. It has a safe, an alarm system, wi-fi, satellite TV and a sound system.
All roads accessing the house are completely paved. You can get to the house via several roads which go to the town of San José which is 5 km. away. The distance to San Antonio is 4 km; to the Ocean Beach Ibiza in San Antonio, 4.8 km; Cala Bassa, 9.8 km; Cala Tarida, 10 km; Cala Conta, 11 km; Cala Moli, 13 km; Cala Vadella, 15 km; Ibiza town 15 km; the airport, 15km.
