This exquisitely renovated 4-bedroom house has it all. Built in 1954, it has the wooden floor boards, fireplaces and other features from the original home, plus a huge 2 story addition to make the most of the Swan River views.

This is the perfect holiday house for kids with a pool, huge enclosed backyard to kick a footy, trampoline with cover from the sun as well as a play room where the kids are welcome to make use of the toys provided.
3 of the bedrooms are located downstairs. The Second bedroom has a queen bed beneath the feature ceiling fan, bedside table, floor rug, standing lamp, tallboy drawers and mirror.
The Third bedroom has 2 singles beds amongst the stunning floral wallpaper and feature ceiling fan.
The Fourth bedroom has a double bed, cot and wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a bath, single vanity trough and toilet. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied in each bathroom. Fragrances selected from various parts of Australia, providing guests a truly Australian experience.
The hallway, which doubles as a mud room for bags and shoes, leads onto the family areas of the house.
The front playroom also doubles as a private office space with desk and swivel chair amongst the decorative fireplace and colourful rug.
The separate powder room has a striking wallpaper that is stunning behind the above-bench stone basin, wooden benchtop and rose gold taps.
Upstairs leads onto the parents retreat room with a large corner lounge, Samsung ‘The Frame’ TV (where art is displayed when the TV is off), beneath the high ceilings and ceiling fan.
The upstairs impressive Master suite has a king bed, matching patterned bedside tables & tallboy and a huge walk-in wardrobe. The private ensuite has a dual vanity area, shower with stunning aqua herringbone tiles and toilet.
Through glass doors leads you out onto the private balcony with high backed chairs and wine barrels to rest your evening drinks on whilst you watch the sunset across the Swan River views. This sheltered alfresco area has down lights and sweeping views of neighbouring tree tops and the water.
Down the lower level lies the ultimate entertainment precinct with the open plan living area, featuring a couch, mounted TV, floor rug and working fireplace.
The expansive gourmet kitchen has a filtered water tap at the sink, 6 burner gas stovetop, stainless steel fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, rice cooker, slow cooker, Nespresso coffee machine and Smeg microwave with integrated grill function.
The breakfast bench has rattan stools beneath a trio of hanging pendant lights.
Off the kitchen is the dining area with the gorgeous wooden round table.
The scullery off the kitchen is where the laundry is located with an Electrolux front loader washing machine, separate Electrolux dryer, single sink trough, folding bench and access to the outside clothes line.
