Our attic apartment with Alpinflair is equipped with high quality natural wood materials, as well as comfortable box spring beds from Italy. Walls, floors, doors, kitchen, furniture, galleries - everything from one source from the local master carpenter and carpenter, homey feeling of living included.
Our chalet apartment is part of the "Arlberg Chalets", which consist of 35 chalets and 18 apartments including infrastructure, spa, indoor pool, restaurant and underground parking. The entire chalet village is nestled on a picturesque southern slope in Wald am Arlberg and was opened in the winter of 2017, a guarantee for private holidays with great comfort.
Wald am Arlberg is a mountain village at the foot of the Arlberg, a successful mixture of an original mountain village and a cozy holiday resort with alpine character on the pulse of the time.
Away from the mass tourism and hotel castles, but still very close.
The newly equipped apartment with a size of about 100 m² has three double bedrooms (beds separable), a gallery with 2 separate beds (for children, but also adults) and 2 bathrooms (shower / WC). A spacious living / dining area, also with high gallery to relax, invites you to eat together and linger. The modern kitchen including island bar is fully equipped and offers:

WINTER
fun on the slopes
The family ski area Sonnenkopf, also an insider tip for freeriders, is in the immediate vicinity and can even be reached on foot, otherwise by bus (bus stop 70 m away). After a fantastic day of skiing, a visit to the hearty Après-Ski "Kelobar" at the valley station of the Sonnenkopfbahn is recommended. This is where après-ski crackers really do the mail!
SKI ARLBERG
The largest ski resort in Austria can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus. The Ski Arlberg Arena of the places Lech, Zürs, St. Anton, St. Chrisoph and Stuben make the hearts of all winter sport fans beat faster on 305 spectacular downhill skiing kilometers. The ski bus stops almost directly on the doorstep 70 meters away.
Off track
Non-skiers can have their snow crystals sprayed while cross-country skiing, winter hiking, tobogganing or snowshoeing. All options available nearby.
Party animals
A party night can be realized in just 20 minutes. So far it is to St. Anton am Arlberg, known worldwide for its colorful après-ski and nightlife.

A declaration of love for walking: "There is nothing better than standing on the mountain peak after a long, hard climb with a throbbing heart"! Try it, the climb is worth it. In summer, the versatile hiking trails to the local summit crosses start right outside our front door.
Legendary bear country
The leisure experience for the whole family starts directly at the mountain station Sonnenkopf. Lots of fun and games at 26 great stations. In the bear country, the bear is really going on.
Buck on bike
Explore the beautiful and almost untouched natural scenery by mountain bike. The magnificent view of the surrounding mountains will make you forget all the effort!
climbing kick
The new via ferrata in Braz along the Fallbachwand offers great views and a sensational via ferrata experience in Klostertal. This via ferrata is definitely not for beginners, for avid climbers with experience and endurance but an absolute must!
Cool cool down
The perfect cooling off offers the "AlmWasserPark" in the nearby town of Klösterle. The natural bathing facility was completely rebuilt in 2014. The natural spring water is a guarantee for refreshing swimming laps.
Hole in one
The 18-hole golf course in Braz is harmoniously embedded in the landscape and only 10 minutes away by car. The scenery in alpine dreamscape perfects the swinging golfing experience.
