This listing is for BOTH units A and B which has a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 full kitchens too! Everything is brand new! Separate entrances but next door to each other! Great for large groups or families!!
The kitchens are fully equipped to prepare a light meal or a holiday feast!
The Twin Duplexes are nearly identical units with 3 bedrooms each, 1 full bath in each unit with walk in showers, each unit is equipped with a full kitchen. They are side by side. The duplex is located on a corner lot just off Palm Ave. Walking distance 3-4 blocks to Centro Ybor!
There are 2 other units on the property. 1 is currently rented as a long term unit and the unit is also an Airbnb.
This property has been completely remodeled from the ground up. All new furnishings and fixtures!
Guests will have the entire space available. There are a total of 4 units on the property, 2 are long term rentals and these 2 units are other Airbnb. They all have private entrances but may share the yard space and amenities. There are 2 twin size air mattress' available for use in addition to the 3 beds in each unit. Before check out please leave 1 in each unit.

You are 3-4 blocks away from all the action and can walk everywhere yet are tucked away on a charming residential street. The the complimentary trolley is nearby and runs to Amalie Arena, Convention Center (1.9 miles - 7 minute Uber) and downtown Tampa (1 mile away). Bikeshare program situated throughout Ybor and downtown Tampa. We rarely drove when we lived here since it is so walkable.
