Majestic rustic farmhouse with pool and extensive garden located in the rural area of Azeitão, close to wineries, cultural points of interest and beaches. Hidden between a pine tree and surrounded by the best places of Portugal, from the natural park of Arrábida and its beaches of crystalline waters, the city of Setúbal, Península de Troia, going to Sesimbra and Comporta, all located within a perimeter of 30 km. Enjoy a wine tasting at Quinta da BACALHOA or JOSE MARIA DA FONSECA cellars while tasting the beautiful Azeitão pies and Casa Negrito's famous Azeitão cheese. Enjoy Palmela Castle with a lunch blessed with breathtaking views, horseback riding the Comporta beaches, exploring Arrabida hills on foot, BMX, 4x4 and discovering its secret nooks and crannies. Eating the best fish in Sesimbra ... Quality of life! No traffic, crowds and time pressure.
The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room, with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles + 1 single) and 2 bathrooms.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a reading room with balcony and a view of the property. This reading room has a sofa bed which can be used as an additional room in case of extra visitors. However it is a room that has no door that allows for more privacy.
On the ground floor you can enjoy a fireplace in the living room which ensures a cozy atmosphere on those cold nights where the warmth and comfort accompanied by a MOSCATEL wine are the watchword. The decor is rustic with traditional Portuguese details.
The property has a beautiful stone-framed 11m X 7m pool allowing you to cool off on those hot summer days (or evenings) supported by an outdoor shower adorned with beautiful typical Portuguese tiles. A fountain also adorned with azulejos of Portuguese origin adds refinement with 2 charismatic inhabitants. Olivia and Choupelo, 2 goldfish that made the fountain their home.
In times the garage, inserted in an annex with shed and barbecue, has now been transformed into an amazing games room with snooker, darts and other entertainments to accompany a day of fun between family and friends. The barbecue shed is perfect for preparing and cooking al fresco meals. The property has orange groves, lemon trees, fig trees, diospiro trees, olive trees, palm trees that you can enjoy to enjoy all the succulence and sweetness of its fruits, blessed by the warm Portuguese sun.
CASAL DO CHOUPELO also allows pets or animals in general. If traveling with pets, there are 2 very cozy and spacious kennels, protected and sheltered by trees that can be used as support.
If you are traveling with horses or other medium to large size animals you are also allowed but we do not currently have a covered guard to accommodate you. However, space, grass or hay will not lack ..

Much appreciated by water sports enthusiasts traveling with lots of equipment (for professional or personal reasons), jet skis, boats and trailers. The property has a secondary gate with direct access to the parking area with space for a maximum of 5 cars as well as a gate with additional entrance on the ground if traveling with larger trailers or vehicles.
Remember that the best beaches on the entire coast lie within a radius of 15-30 km, ideal for fishing, snorkeling, windsurfing, kitesurfing ... all the water sports you can think of actually.
