Casa Valentina is a beautiful Boutique House located in Cerritos - Pereira in the most exclusive rural area of ​​Pereira. It is located in the heart of the Coffee Cultural Landscape, just 10 minutes from the Matecaña International Airport, 5 minutes from the Ukumari Zoo, 30 minutes from Santa Rosa de Cabal and its thermal springs and 45 minutes from the Parque del Cafe, close to restaurants and supermarkets. With perfect weather, it has all the amenities to share and enjoy with family & friends.
Casa Valentina has a beautiful collection of native plants and tropical forests that surround the property, creating the ideal space to attract hummingbirds, parrots, canaries among the more than 70 species of birds that visit us.
Casa Valentina has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with hot water and a communal bathroom, a dining room for 12 people + 3 stools bar to accommodate up to 15 seated people, main room with an L-shaped sofa, a fully decorated kitchen equipped with everything for cooking, exterior corridors with a living area and a hammock area. *You can use the Sauna and Heated Jacuzzi for a MAXIMUM - 2 hours a day.
*The use of candles or fireworks display is prohibited throughout the house.
* The entry of any kind of pet is not allowed.
*We do not provide towels for the pool or outdoor activities.
*We provide the essentials to start your stay with us such as: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 garbage bag in the kitchen bin for the total of your stay, 1 dishwasher tablet per day for the dishwasher, washing up liquid and a hand soap in each toilet. Keep in mind that they are things that you can add to your basket when shopping in case you need them and take into account the duration of your stay.
*The initial cleaning fee paid at the time of your reservation only covers the optimal cleaning conditions prior your arrival. Thereafter, we hope that you return it in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
Note. There will be NO additional cost as long as you check out and return the house in a good reasonable condition.
*Please note that extra rigorous cleaning or any additional services are not included in the cost of your stay. Therefore, we will have NO other option than to make an additional charge for additional cleaning or service if you fail to do so.
For example:
-Cleaning of the barbecue and grills in case you use them and fail to clean them.
-Washing up / cleaning of pots, pans and dishes in case they get used and not cleaned at the time of the check out.
-Remove all the garbage accumulated during your stay in the house and do not take them to a designated area at the time of the check out.
-Remove heavy stains left on towels, cushions, mattresses, sheets, sofas, etc. at the time of the check out.
-Inappropriate use of toilet paper or sanitary towels in the toilets / restrooms, which leads us to hire professionals to unblock.
