June-Sept yearly we have the private hot tub & 24’ solar heated pool with walk in stair access right from the main floor deck and lounge area! Perfect for large family groups this lakeview home is spacious bright & very comfortable. 2 full levels with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Private separate lounge areas for the kids. Lovely deck & BBQ area with above ground pool and inflatable hot tub, grass area, pet friendly. Close to lakes, beach & wineries. No cleaning fees w/ your help. Contact us prior to booking. 100% FIRE refund, since opening in 2018 we have provided every guest a full refund regardless of our cancellation policy and will continue to do so. If your trip is cancelled due to fire evacuation orders, airport closures and travel bans. We stress that smoke in the Okanagan Valley like everywhere in Canada is a common and unpredictable occurrence. Those with respiratory medical conditions should be aware of this and strongly consider in their booking requests!
Casa SOL general rules:
1. No unregistered guests or vehicles are allowed on the property unless approved in advance by host.
This is an entire 6 bedroom 4 bath home perfect for single or multiple families. It has just finished its complete renovation and has a fully stocked upper kitchen with basics in the lower kitchen. It has amazing amenities, is uncluttered and sparkling clean. Beds are new, comfy and spotless. There are three TVs with Netflix etc. with private areas for the kids to hang out and give you some space! I treat each of my clients/guests as five star and you are in good hands with me.
**jUNE - SEPT POOL and HOT TUB INfO** pool is complete and is a stunning 12’ x 22’ x 4’ with stair access from main deck. It is private from the road and is just off the upper deck and bbq area for easy viewing and tonnes of sun!! It is fenced and partially sunk and provides almost complete privacy. Solar heated with sand filtration, it is perfect for kids and adult water fun times! . We expect temperatures to be comfortable for all warm summer months through September. Perfect for a refreshing dip, volleyball game, or all day playtime for the kids while you can sun yourself and watch from the deck! Hot tub has been in place for three years. It is cosy and inflatable and fits up to 4 adults snuggly or 6 playful kids. Just a few steps away from pool area and in view from upper deck as well.
Parking for several vehicles and RV/trailer spot available as well. Winter is harder to manage please ask for more info.

The entire private home is yours exclusively. Door code access will be set up as my other homes already offer!
We are close by but value guests privacy. You only see us as you wish, We typically meet primary guests to review some house rules. We also do a pool and hot tub check and clean every 2-3 days and always reach out first to find a time that works for you.
We’ve always found our guests are clean and respectful! So why charge the extra fees?? We are one of the only homes that do not up front charge regular cleaning fees!! Please acknowledge that you have read the duties.
DEPARTURE DAY CLEANING DUTIES:
AS INDICATED IN YOUR BOOKING INFORMATION, CLEANING ASSISTANCE IS EXPECTED IN EXCHANGE FOR NO CLEANING FEES. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE DUTIES WE WILL CHARGE A CLEANING COST UP TO $550. PLEASE NOTE PET FEE IS SEPARATE FROM THIS
WE HAVE BEEN ASKED FOR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS. WE BASE THESE DUTIES ON 3 ADULTS DEDICATING AT LEAST 1 HR EACH ON CHECKOUT DAY.
1st PERSON
ALL USED BEDS: GUESTS ARE EXPECTED TO STRIP ALL USED BEDS
PLEASE REMOVE THE DUVET COVERS AS WELL!
DO NOT LEAVE BEDDING ON THE FLOOR BUT IN THE HAMPER BASKETS PROVIDED, OR IN THE LIVING ROOM ON COUCHES.
ON DEPARTURE DAY WE EXPECT YOU TO START WASHING BEDDING AND TOWELS, ONCE WASHED PLACED BACK ON THE BED TELLING US IT’S CLEAN.
WE UNDERSTAND IF YOU ARE LEAVING EARLY YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TIME TO DO MUCH LAUNDRY. BUT IF YOU ARE STAYING TIL CHECKOUT AT 11AM WE WOULD EXPECT MORE THAN ONE LOAD TO BE DONE AND THERE TO BE LOADS IN WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER WHEN WE ARRIVE. YOU ARE NOT EXPECTED TO REPLACE BEDDING, BUT IT IS APPRECIATED. BEDDING ON A BED INDICATES IT’S BEEN WASHED OR THE BED WAS NOT USED.
2nd PERSON
KITCHENS: OUR NEMESIS!! POTS, DISHES AND UTENSILS PUT AWAY – CLEAN AND WHERE THEY WERE ORIGINALLY PUT - TIDY. (AS BEST YOU CAN REMEMBER). FRIDGES WIPED CLEAN ALONG WITH STOVES, COUNTERS, MICROWAVES, AND OVENS, COFFEE MAKERS & TOASTERS. BARBEQUES SHOULD HAVE BITS BURNED OFF. FYI: FRUIT AND VEGGIES, UNOPENED DAIRY, FROZEN GOODS ETC WILL BE DONATED TO LOCAL FOOD BANK IF LEFT BEHIND. DON’T LEAVE THE FRIDGE A MESS.
3RD PERSON
GATHER ALL DIRTY TOWELS
GARBAGE: ALL SHOULD BE COLLECTED, EMPTIED AND PLACED OUTSIDE NEATLY. RECYCLING SHOULD BE ORGANISED OUTSIDE AS WELL.
TIDY THE HOUSE: SHOULD BE LIGHTLY SWEPT, OR QUICK VACUUM OF HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS, AND PUT FURNITURE AND OTHER ITEMS BACK WHERE YOU FOUND THEM. ASSIST WITH LAUNDRY AS WELL.
**WASHROOMS: BESIDES GATHERING TOWELS WE DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO CLEAN THIS AREA. ANY ADDITIONAL PET FEE COVERS AN ADDITIONAL TIME ON OUR FURNITURE AND EXTRA HOUSE/BEDDING CLEANING THAT WE DO EACH TIME (MORE IF THERE ARE MULTIPLE PETS).
Pet cleaning fees: maximum of $50 per day per pet does not void the departure day cleaning outlined above. Really our only concern is pet hair. So non shedding dogs we can lower the rates which we ask you to etransfer us or leave cash at the Casa. No matter how amazing you are at keeping the house clean inevitably we have to vacuum baseboards, move furniture etc as some of our non pet living guests are intolerant of a single hair... no kidding. It’s rather stressful! Contact us to work out a fair fee to ask for.
