The Norberto Apartments are part of a farm which is located on the top of a hill, above the medieval village of San Polo Sabino. The region, which is known as Bassa Sabina, is famous for its wines, its hiking trails, its beautiful hills.
The farm is at 350 metres above the sea and occupies about 60.000 square metres of the hill's land, that are cultivated with olive trees.
The complex consists of three country houses divided into 8 apartments. The apartments, although being carefully maintained and provided with all modern conveniences, still keep the traditional features of the local architecture.
The owners, who manage the farm, will be pleased to help you organize tours and give you advice on the main tourist attractions of the area.
Swimming Pool 1
The swimming pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the Sabine hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open all year round.
Swimming Pool 2
The swimming pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 2.5 meter (8.2 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open all year round.
Garden with Jacuzzi pool
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (1.5 by 1.5 meters, 5 by 5 feet) with four seats. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio
The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has a small high window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
