Cottage/Casa in a beautiful rural location on the outskirts of the village of Boliqueime, a great place relax and enjoy the sunshine. The cottage is accessed through electric gates and is fully private. Secure garden with above ground pool. Bedroom with double bed, remote controlled ceiling fan and air conditioning , Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Second bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers, clothing rail and ceiling fan. (No air conditioning in second bedroom ) Patio doors into the garden area. Newly fitted bathroom with shower, two sinks & W.C. Fully fitted new Kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine and cooking implements. Separate lounge, dining area and breakfast bar, drinks fridge, sofa and chair, wall mounted tv and DVD player, dining table and seating for 8 and games table. Outside we have the bbq and seating areas, with private garden and fountain, plus Sun loungers. The above ground pool is located on the lawned area with a separate patio together with table and chairs. Pool towels are provided. A great place to watch the sunset listening to the fountain and enjoying some great Portuguese wine. (For those wanting to work an office desk and chair can be provided on request and there is already fast internet connection). Games table, and table tennis table.
Boliqueime is served with three supermarkets, a bank with ATM, chemist, several coffee shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of the Casa you will find the Adiafa snack bar and restaurant. 10 minutes by car (7.5km) you will find Vilamoura where there is a great beach, marina with bars and restaurants and world famous golf courses. The market town of Loule with its fish market and Saturday gypsy market is 15 minutes drive. Air-conditioning in the master bedroom only. Please note the pool seasonal and does not open until 15th May and closes 3st October. PLEASE NOTE that the Algarve councils are currently discussing tourist tax, as yet it has not been implemented. Tourist tax is a small daily amount €2.00 added to each adults booking for the first seven days, which is then paid to the local council. If this does come into force it can be paid on arrival, but you will be told of this as soon as a decision is made. This has been on going for many years.
