LOGISTICS:

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced two times a week during the morning between 8 and 10 AM, so if you see someone outside by the pool don't be alarmed. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries
LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.
GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM.
PARKING: Our driveway provides space for 4 cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn or your car will be towed.
PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.
HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).
CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.
BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. If you’re interested in a boat or yacht rental, feel free to reach out so that we make sure you guys are in good hands.
