So, if the place is booked by you for ONLY 2 GUESTS stay, then your access will be limited to use of only 1 bedroom space and the second bedroom shall remain inaccessible and restricted for use by you or anyone else during the period of your stay but in case you wish to use both bedrooms for booking of only 2 people stay, then extra charge of minimal INR ₹1599 per day fee will have to be paid additionally.

▪️Bedroom 1 : A spacious bedroom that accommodates a large king-size bed with a comfortable 9” deep sink-in mattress to cuddle n caress you to a sound baby sleep after a tired day out exploring n touring the city & local areas nearby (check my Local Tour Guidebook please) or after finishing your day’s business commitments. This master bedroom has an attached luxurious bathroom with a truly spacious step-in-jacuzzi bathtub - all of it to make you feel like royalty when you need to sit on your throne, shower n prune.
▪️Bedroom 2: A private secluded bedroom sitting right next to the first over privacy n comfort with a large queen size bed and a 10" deep foam n spring matterres to caress you into sound sleep and much needed rest after a long day out touring, travelling, exploring or just ending business meetings.
This bedroom too comes with an attached pvt bathroom.

When you book this apartment for minimum 4 guests and more, the whole apartment (and the pleasure) is all ONLY YOURS to saviour.. You don’t share it with anyone other but yourself and your accompanied guests.
This two bedroom apartment is designed for min 4 people and max 6-9 peoples' comfortable stay - comfortable extra mattresses can be made available depending on need for total number of guests booked..
If the place is booked by you for ONLY 2 GUESTS stay, then your access will be limited to use of only 1 bedroom space and the second bedroom shall remain inaccessible and restricted for use by you but in case you wish to use both bedrooms for booking of only 2 people stay, then extra charge of minimal INR ₹2499 per day will have to be paid additionally for use of two separate bedrooms for only 2 people's stay.
Other things to note
▪️This ia a 2 bedroom apartment for min 4 and max 6-9 people as per guest demand & request.
- If the place is booked by you for ONLY 2 GUESTS stay, your access will be limited to use of only 1 bedroom space and the second bedroom shall stay off limits and be restricted for use by you although no other secondary guest sale booking is taken for the second bedroom space restricted to you and you will not have to share the house with anyone else during your occupation of the property even if it is booked for use of only 1 bedroom by you.
- In case guests wish to use both bedrooms for booking of only 2 people stay, then extra nominal fee of INR ₹1599 per day will have to be paid additionally.
▪️Extra charge per additional guests after first two (2) is INR ₹2499/- per night stay or for over 4 hours visitor stay at the apartment/ per guest. This is applicable to every additional guest after first two (2) booked through official Airbnb platform or privately by direct request referral booking.
▪️ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT depend on availability.
- Extra charge of INR ₹3.3k for early check in/late check-out for upto 1-2 hours only. from regular time and will apply @pro rata for every other additional hour (subject to availability). Early or late check-in/check-out beyond these set time limits will incur fee of full one night tariff charge.
PLEASE NOTE: The early check-in/late check-out fee in total goes straight to the hired professional Cleaning Services Company due to adjustment cost for changed schedule in their logistics support team and affiliated 3rd party services.
- Delayed check-out any time beyond 10 am without prior request will incur an additional penalty of INR ₹1.5k over and above the standard late check-out charge of INR ₹3.3k upto the 1st hour from 10 am and @pro rata basis for every next hour.
▪️Luggage drop/hold facility available at nominal charge -
- Upto 2-3 hours drop/hold @ INR ₹600/-
- Overnight hold @ INR ₹1.5k per night/day.
▪️PLEASE NOTE: Entry/Exit access from and to, in and out of the apartment building compound is restricted between 12:00 midnight to 6:00 am as the compound gates shall remain locked by the building security guard, except in case of any emergency or on special cases for which the security guard on night duty can be approached for facilitating exit/entry access.
▪️Unauthorized extra guest Entry into the apartment is considered a serious violation of Airbnb House Rules, resulting even in immediate eviction of all guests without claim or right to any refund.
- That apart, uninformed and unauthorised overnight stay or visit by extra unauthorised guests will incur a compulsory non negotiable penalty fee charge of INR ₹3.3k per unauthorised person entry to the apartment over and above the regular night stay fee of ₹3.3k per guest/per night stay or ₹600 to an hour's visitor fee on pro rata basis for every additional added hours stay for all extra guests entry with prior permission of the host.
▪️PLEASE NOTE: Entry/Exit access from and to / in and out of the apartment building compound is restricted between 12:00 am midnight to 6:00 am as the gates will remain closed and locked unless in case of any emergency.
▪️Outdoor (vendor) Laundry / Ironing svc is made available and charges as per actuals to be paid directly to vendor.
▪️In-house washing machine / dryer service:
This is a paid laundry service available only to long stay guests who for a week or more (max twice a week) @INR ₹800/- for each requested use of 1 full (6 kg) load wash service. In-house laundry service is not accessible for self operated use and will be exclusively operated only by attendant/ house help staff on a pre-fixed date & time by advance request from the guest.
▪️Additional house cleaning charges:
INR ₹800/- per each housekeeping service - mandatory upon guests on alternate days for long stay guests of 3+ nights stay (minimum 2-3 times per week for longer stay guests).
▪️Parking Available on premises with a nominal fee of INR ₹600/- per day. (can be waived on host discretion)
☑️ SMOKING STRICTLY PROHIBITED
This whole apartment is strictly NO SMOKING area. You may step out of the apartment's main entrance door onto the floor lobby/stairwell mid landing to smoke.
- Violation of NO SMOKING rule if found out during continuation of guest stay, it will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction from the property with Airbnb involvement with a penalty fine.
- If violation of NO SMOKING RULE discovered after guest check-out, the guest will be liable to be charged a heavy Penalty Fee of INR ₹10 k by raising claim through Resolution Centre Request.
▪️Booking of the apartment for Commercial photography/shooting purpose will be permitted for entertainment media shoots - advertising, promotions, films & serials, documentaries, etc on payment of EXTRA CHARGES of mutually discussed and agreed commercial fee starting at upwards of basic minimum price of ₹10k per day on direct payment basis, after having ensured to pay on Airbnb for the exact and correct number of assured total footfalls on the premises on each day of the booking.
▪️If CONFIRMED reservation/booking is done post 10 am on same day of check-in then check-in will be possible only atleast 2-3 hours after regular check-in hours stated online on this Airbnb web listing here for logistics adjustment of last minute housekeeping/cleaning services requirement.
