It's located directly on the canal, offering the convenience of a private dock - all you have to do is bring your boat and you're ready to sail! As you may have already noticed, outdoor living is key. The backyard overlooking the canal features a sparkling outdoor pool with an attached pool spa, poolside loungers, and a lighted patio with an outdoor dining area for family gatherings. Whether dining alfresco, sunbathing, or simply cooling down in the pool, you're in for a good time.
Upon entering this spacious home, you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living and dining areas and the kitchen. Drop your bags and kick up your feet in the inviting living area, furnished with a comfy sofa and chair and a large smart TV with streaming services. This is a gorgeous gathering spot - grab a blanket, curl up on the couch, and get ready to stream your favorite series or movies! If you're feeling competitive, set up one of the board games available in the glass display cabinet near the main entrance.
When it's time to dine, the open kitchen makes cooking a breeze. It's a chef's paradise, offering modern appliances that include a double-door fridge, a stovetop, a built-in microwave and oven, and a dishwasher. On the main floor, the laundry room is located by the kitchen and has a washer/dryer for your use.
The gorgeous main bedroom is on the first floor and offers direct access to the backyard, a huge smart TV, and an exquisite en suite bathroom with two vanities, a shower, and a tiled jetted tub. Upstairs, a second living area is furnished with the most comfortable furniture, a smart TV, and a workstation with a standing desk, two monitors, and a docking station for easy remote work. The three other bedrooms are upstairs, each paired with its own private full bathroom as well.

Dock details: The covered dock is 40 feet long by 25 feet wide, and it is currently licensed and permitted from the City of Houston.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
