This one-level, canal-front home offers direct access to Charlotte Harbor/Peace River, as well as a convenient location for land-based activities like the many nearby beaches and Fishermen's Village in Punta Gorda. Outside, you’ll find a sparkling, waterfront pool and spacious covered lanai, perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.
Inside, you’ll enjoy an open floor plan and water views from the family room, kitchen, dining room and living room. Pocket sliders lead to the pool area and dock, making for true indoor/outdoor living. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, which features solid-surface countertops and custom-wood cabinetry, and there’s room for the whole gang to dine together at the large dining room table, breakfast bar, or outside on the lanai. The two living areas mean plenty of room to spread out at the end of the day, and the central AC will keep everyone comfortable and cool. Or, relax back out on the lanai while you post the day’s pics to social media via the free in-home WiFi - sunsets are not to be missed from your dock. At the end of the day, three comfortable bedrooms await.

Dock details: The canal leads directly to the harbor/gulf. Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we do not guarantee a safe docking of any water craft.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
