The Chalet Ca´n Betlet is a new and welcoming entry to our program: it is the ideal holiday home for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. It consists of 1 double bedroom, a sofa bed that could be used for an additional guest, air conditioning, private pool and gardens. Ca´n Betlet can comfortably accommodate its guests in newly renovated interiors, with a minimalist and very homely design, with natural stone walls, surrounded by a natural and very relaxing environment.

Inside, the villa is conveniently located on one level and consists of an open-plan kitchen/living-dining room, 1 double bedroom with a matrimonial bed, a family bathroom with a shower and with the possibility of a sofa bed as an extra bed for a 3rd guest. The air-conditioned living room (sofa, TV, internet wi-fi) with adjoining kitchen and dining room, which are furnished with taste and style. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) and a furnished terrace with umbrellas at the front of the villa offers the possibility of dining outdoors while admiring the pool and the tranquility of the zone. The room has a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 respectively. It has air conditioning and individual control for greater comfort. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The outdoor areas of Chalet Ca´n Betlet are private and have a newly designed private pool, this is the ideal place to spend hours of leisure enjoying the sun and the breeze. The pool measures 8m x 4m and terraces around the house for sunbathing equipped with sun loungers. In addition, for lovers of outdoor gastronomy, there is a barbecue available that can be used with firewood and charcoal.

* PAYMENT TASA TURISTICA "ECOTASA" (this tax IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that on arrival we will charge (Ecotasa) demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists who stay in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism.
The quota of this tax in "high season" is € 2.20 per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old are counted as adults, therefore they pay ecotax.)
In "low season" the Ecotasa has a significant reduction: they are € 0.55 per night per adult.
In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay.

-High season (May 1-October 31) € 2.20, from the 9th night: € 1.10 x adult x night.

-Low season (November 1-April 30) € 0.55, from the 9th night: € 0.275 x adult x night. The Ecotasa will be paid in CASH.
