The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Without a doubt, the protagonist will be the private salt swimming pool, which has dimensions of 7 x 3 m and a depth range of between 1 and 1.5 m. In addition, you will find two terraces (one of them with barbecue) and a furnished porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions while contemplating the marvellous views of the nearby mountains. Due to its location in the village, the house has neighbours nearby.
The interior of the three-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room with fireplace and Smart TV, a kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, a shower room and the first of the six bedrooms, which has a double bed and access to the terrace. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the rest of the bedrooms. Four of them offer two single beds (one also has AC and access to a balcony). The last bedroom has a double bed, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On this floor there is another separate bathroom with bathtub. In the basement you will find a large multipurpose room with a fireplace and a small gym if you feel like exercising. The house has oil central heating and three radiators at your disposal. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The accommodation is located in Montitxelvo, a quiet village ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. Here you will find the basic services to enjoy an independent stay, as well as some places where you can try the local cuisine and, above all, numerous natural sites of great ecological and forest interest where you can enjoy a day of hiking. In about 20 minutes by car you will reach Gandía, a large coastal town famous for its large promenade full of shops and restaurants, its fine golden sandy beaches and its wide range of leisure activities, especially water sports.
