Brooklands is a typical Cotswolds’ cottage tucked within the Ballinger’s Row, a historic collection of 17th century cottages and is situated in Chedworth, Gloucestershire. The property has many modern and spacious rooms presented with antique touches which give this cottage a cosy and homely feel. Inside there is a living room with an open fire, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs has one double bedroom and one single bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has an enclosed mature garden and situated on a narrow lane unencumbered by traffic, and has views over the vast countryside and surrounding farm. Parking is located at the end of a small lane and is about 75 yards away from the property itself. Brooklands is ideal for a couple with a small child.

Parking is located at the end of the lane, although guests will be able to pull up to the front door and unload, (sadly the lane isn't wide enough to park on) - where you park is about 75 yards away and is on a similarly quiet spot, but a wider lane. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 0.5 miles. Note: The single bed is not suitable for adults, small children only.
