The Space:
This property consists of a main house and a small guest cottage with a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Kitchen with gas range and cabana bath located just off the back next to the pool so you don't have to worry about the kids bringing in water. This property has plenty of parking and is a great space for you and your friends or family.
Enjoy the amazing pool and hot tub sitting right on the river and just watch the boats pass by, we also offer dock space for your boat so make sure to inquire about our docking fee. This backyard will surely be the place you spend the majority of the time, with a bar and a grill ready for the perfect cookout this is the perfect place to relax.
Enjoy a hot bath on the closed-in all-glass patio and watch the boats go by there are so many ways to enjoy your time here at Boaters Paradise.
Guest Access:
Guests will have ultimate privacy! The entire property is gated(manual) so bring in your cars and close the gate for privacy or leave it open for convenience. Once parked you'll enter thru the front gate to access the main property. Main house and cottage both have keypad access.
The Neighborhood:
Sailboat bend is exactly how it sounds! This neighborhood is a sailers paradise, you are surrounded by sail boats and catamarans and waterfront homes everywhere. We also have a public boat dock nearby Cooleys Landing if you want to drop your boat in to dock or just drop it in and out and keep it on the trailer. The really amazing part of this neighborhood aside from the water is that we have three restaurant's walking distance from the house. You truly do not need to leave the neighborhood if you are trying to just relax. Check out Riverside Market, The Pizza Spot and Craft Beer Cartel.
Getting Around:
South Florida is definitely a place where you will need a car to explore, a lot of the areas are spread out if you are looking to go to Miami or Palm Beach, The main Fort Lauderdale Beach is about 20 minutes driving and downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas strip 10 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
We truly love hosting guests and to make this possible we have to keep our neighbors and owners happy as well. Our house rules are as follows
-NO PARTIES if we are informed of a party you will be asked to leave the property immediately voiding out any option for a refund. Any damage will be billed as well.
-No smoking of any kind
-No Pets(sorry guys! if you are looking for a pet friendly property we have plenty but this will not be it)
-Minimum age is 28(proof of license will be required)
-Please do not step on the blue glass in main entrance walkway or pool area(this is very expensive)
-Boat docking is available $2 per foot and proof of insurance is required
-No unregistered guests on the property
-Exterior Cameras are on sight(there are none inside or looking into the property)
