The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, sides, and in the back area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
Also, there are noise monitoring devices installed all around the property. It is set to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors. Please keep the noise levels down. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY ALLOWED IN OUR HOUSE. Please keep the noise levels down.

A good Las Vegas iconic neighborhood. You will get the real American suburb feeling here. This is a safe and quite neighborhood. Please keep it down and do not bother the neighbors. No parties or loud activities whats so ever. Please respect the property and the house to help the Airbnb community grow.
Please restrain from mentioning Airbnb or short term rental to anyone you may meet, ask, or any of the neighbors.

Please note that there is a separate unit to the side of the house that host guests also. This unit is completely separate and should not bother the guests of this house. You will have the full house to yourself and it's a separate side unit.

House is in the final stage of remodeling and getting new furniture, new pictures will be uploaded soon. First few guests get a big discount for helping us improve and letting us know what is still missing in the house. House will be ready after 7/24/2020.

The Villa is really 10 min from Las Vegas blvd!! Check out GPS pictures in the pictures section. Close enough for all the fun you will like. But still quite enough to relax and recharge.
Our place is great for family's, Pets, Kids, and Babies. We are friendly to all.
If you need a crib, high chair, or anything else please ask before you arrive and give us at least 7 days to accommodate your needs.
The house have private parking!! Good for 4 cars or more. Great for RV's, boats or big trucks! (Street parking)
The place is super clean with a full time cleaning lady before check in and after check out. Very comfortable for a long stay and you can request extra cleaning during your stay (for a fee). You will have all you need and we will be happy to provide anything extra. The house has a roomy kitchen, nice size living room, new furniture, and lots of space for everyone to make themselves comfortable!
The kitchen is nicely loaded with everything you need to cook or bake and enjoy a nice dinner with your friends and family. Please ask in advance if you need anything else.
The yard has a gas BBQ.
We provide towels and anything else you will need for your stay.
Disposable tooth brush, tooth paste, disposable razors, shampoo and body wash, toilet paper, hand towels, and so much more. We have everything you need. If anything is missing please let us know and we will take care of it as soon as reasonable.
The living room has a 55" smart TV with a lot of free channels and Netflix.
The back yard have a big size smart TV to enjoy your time out. Please make sure to keep the sound levels down at all time outside of the house. The neighbors will contact me immediately for any loud noises. We also have a sound monitoring devices all around the house, inside and out.
We are always a message away and will be happy to help if you need anything during your stay. From recommendation, to extra items, to a fun night in town.
Normal check-in time is after 4 pm but we are flexible if the house available. Just ask in advance. Check-out is at 11am to allow cleaning for next guest but we are flexible if you ask in advance and there is no other guest checking-in. (early check in and late check out are available for a fee)

7 minutes from the strip and very close to everything else Vegas has to offer. Super easy with uber/Lyft (Less then $10 ride), taxi, or bus. Lots of FREE PARKING in the drive way or anywhere on the street.
