I have the immense joy of welcoming you to my lovely 38 square meter apartment, in the heart of the 13th arrondissement, located on the 2ᵉ floor with an elevator and ready to receive two people. It is ideally on a quiet courtyard, 6 min from the Bibliothèque Mitterrand Metro Station and 11 min walk from the docks for a walk along the bank of the Seine. Bars, restaurants, and shops are nearby.
