A spacious, comfortable and secure apartment on the third floor of a brand new building (with 2 elevators) in the famous district "Garbatella" right in front of Eataly, just a few steps from the train station "Ostiense" and, of course, the subway B stop 'Garbatella' (only 10 minutes on foot) which will take you everywhere in the City in a matter of minutes.
Very close to shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants and very nice little bistros, this flat will offer you the unique opportunity of truly living the city like a local, while still enjoying all the comforts of staying in a hotel, thanks to our very attentive staff.
The apartment is approximately 80 sqm and has been completely renovated in November 2017. Everything is new and neat and, as you can see from the pictures, it is very modern, with high-quality furnishings. There are 2 large balconies.
In fact, the spacious balconies are the real gem of the apartment, as they are equipped with a table and chairs, so that you can use it for breakfast in the morning and to enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening after a long day spent sightseeing.
The first floor has one bedroom with two twin sizes beds (that can be also joined in one queen size bed) with high-quality mattress, a very large living room with an additional queen size sofa bed (160x200 cm) and a dining table for up to 6 people, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with an Italian espresso machine, a fridge/freezer unit, a microwave, as well as all the other necessary appliances. The second floor, reachable with a lovely winding staircase, consists of another bedroom with queen size bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub that can be used as a shower.
We also provide clean towels and linen for every guest included in the price, and you can find a hair dryer in the bathrooms.
Amenities include washing machine (installed in the upper balcony), dishwasher, coffee/espresso machine, kettle, gas stove with oven, fridge/freezer unit, a microwave, as well as all the other necessary appliances like iron and ironing board.
The apartment has air conditioning (placed in the living room and in the bedrooms), heating system, parquet floors, high-Speed Wi-Fi internet connection available 24/7 at no extra cost, as well as double glazing windows.
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe at night too. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and very centrally located, and represents the ideal accommodation for a couple, a family or a group of friends visiting Rome and wanting to have some privacy compared to a hotel or a B&B and truly experience the city like a local.

This is a self-catering apartment, initial toilet paper rolls, shampoo, and soap are provided.

Oil, salt, and vinegar are not provided but can be found in the apartment depending on the previous guests.
