The space
The house was renovated in the summer of 2021 with an open space concept for our staying guests. The master bedroom is privately secluded down the hall with its own private bathroom while the rest of the rooms have easy access to the hallway bathroom, kitchen and living room. All of the rooms have closets and/or storage space for your belongings.

House Rules:
1. NO smoking in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $900 fee to de-smoke the home.
2. Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you’d like an early check-in at 1:00 PM and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $30 via Airbnb platform so that we can authorize this for you
3. NO PETS allowed, no exceptions
4. Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the Airbnb portal as part of our process.
5. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without refund
6. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM
7. Please advise us in advance if you will be having visitors. Any unauthorized guests will be charged $100/guest/night.
8. The cleaning fee that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pickup after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don’t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it!
9. We charge a $100 security deposit for any same day one night reservation.

Entire space is included in this rental, with the exception of the locked closets in the kitchen and the locked attic space. Please, make yourself at home.

* For stays of 15+ days, we require cleaning every other week at a convenient time for you and this will be an add on $150 cost/cleaning on to the total reservation cost.
* Exterior surveillance.
* No smoking, vaping, any candle/incense burning in the property.
* Not responsible for mail deliveries during stay.
* Street parking is available on our street.
