Summary:
Welcome to my NEWLY RENOVATED home that situated along Thomson River in a secluded, quiet location. We are 15 minutes away from downtown Kamloops, 30 minutes to Little Shuswap Lake and 1hr to Sun Peaks Resort.
My home sits on a huge property where kids, family and friends have access to the whole yard. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Thomson River and the surrounding mountains. You can not beat the view!!
The Space:
This is a spacious 3,004 Sqft home that includes 4 bedrooms and 3 washrooms.
The ground floor has total of 3 bedrooms and a large living and dining area. Each bedroom has one queen size bed. The living room has a double sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms consists of an ensuite washroom and one common full bathroom. The 4th bedroom is downstairs next to the media room that also consists of a sofa bed for two people. EVERYTHING IS NEW!!! The whole house has been fully renovated with new appliances and new furniture.
We can comfortably host up to 12 guests.
Please note that a basement suite is being rented out as well. It is a separate unit that has separate living areas, including separate unit door entrances, kitchens, and bathrooms. However, the entrance gate is accessible by both parties (Ground and Basement suite guests).
Guest Access:
Guest will be provided with access code to a common gate to enter the property and another access code will be provided for the main suite door. We have locks with codes for the gate and entrance door. Instructions will be sent via email and text upon booking.

NOTE: In the front of the house, the Canadian Pacific Rail transports goods from Alberta to Vancouver. It is the main railway route and it is a true Canadian icon that is over 130 years old.
Built between 1881- 1886 the railway connects Canada from coast to coast. It also brings noise that can shake the home so do not be alarmed. There are earplugs for each and every room. Enjoy the historic Canadian icon
A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay:
1. House Rules:

- No party or gathering of any sort
- No pets allowed
- Quiet hours: 9 pm to 7 am
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
Garbage information:
- Proper garbage segregation and disposals is strictly followed.
- Garbage is collected on a weekly basis (every Friday)

1. Early Check-In:
Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.

2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
