Main floor - open-concept layout features a large living room with a lot of seating, a large dining table perfect for small gatherings and a buffet table for hosting, and a fully equipped kitchen. Fun board games and playing cards can be found in the storage ottomans. This floor also has a half bathroom.
Upstairs - This level includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, ideal for families or groups. Also includes a full bathroom.
Bedroom Layout:
- Primary bedroom: Queen bed with closet and 2 dressers for clothing storage. Includes a desk for studying or working. Includes a Roku TV for rest and relaxation.
- Full bedroom: Full bed with closet and dresser for clothing and storage. Includes a Roku TV.
- Twin bed: Twin bed with closet and dresser. Includes a Roku TV and desk working space.
Downstairs/basement - Full washer and dryer with cleaning supplies and extra storage space.
1 small cot is provided for an extra guest.

While we accept up to 6 guests, it is up to the group to decide if their group size will fit comfortably. Please read and understand the layout of the home.
By booking this property, ALL guests agree to the following during the entire duration of the stay:
- All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/text or phone call. A determination will be made by our team as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. We understand that accidents happen, but this applies to reckless activity.
- Maximum 1 pet allowed. Small dog only. Pet fee will apply ($100 fee, $200 for longer stays). If extra pets are observed, $200 fine per extra pet will apply.
- No pets on the furniture. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Owners are responsible for pet damage.
- Guests allowed. Maximum 6 people in the house allowed. No parties, unauthorized events, or large gatherings. All noise must be kept inside. Any violations or complaints from neighbors will incur additional fees. ($500 fine)
- NO smoking inside the premises. Smoking outside is OK. ($500 fine)
- NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)
- Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. Police will immediately show up and file a report. ($500 fine)
- No bookings for guests under the age of 25.
- Unless receiving prior approval, check-in and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($50/hour fine)
- If we notice that additional guest(s) are staying beyond the number included in the reservation, a $50 extra guest fee (per head) will apply.
