Welcome to this beautiful home in Caloundra. Styled so you can sit back and relax - it's a true Sunshine Coast getaway. It boasts a large 3 bedrooms and 3 living spaces, over two stories - it's sure not to disappoint. All the space allows everyone to spread out and relax.
Complete with a spacious kitchen full of everything you need and more - including a coffee machine. Imagine enjoying the sunshine out on the patio, popping a glass of bubbly while the kids jump in the pool. This is for you!
The entire house is yours.
There is undercover parking in the garage for when you arrive.
Walk through the door and you will be met by the front living area. Down the hall brings you to the open plan kitchen, living and dining, with a view of the pool.
Upstairs you will find the third living room complete with a study nook.
Along the hallway, you will walk into one of the stylish 3 bedrooms.
OUTSIDE:
Morning coffee or evening tapas anyone? The outdoor patio with a pull out awning provides a great place to enjoy any part of the day outside. It has a large outdoor dining table with views of the pool.
LIVING:
This house has 3 large living areas, enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The main lounge is located downstairs amongst the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is a second lounge room that has its own private space just inside the front door. As you wander upstairs you will walk right into the third lounge room.
KITCHEN
This house offers a beautiful, large, home-style kitchen. It contains all you need to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with a large fridge, oven, stovetop microwave and coffee machine.
MAIN BEDROOM
The master bedroom offers you a comfy and spacious king-size bed and walk-in robe for your personal belongings during your stay. It is also complete with a stylish ensuite.
2nd BEDROOM
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and hanging space for clothes.
3rd BEDROOM
The third bedroom has a double bed
We know that you've worked hard and have possibly come a long way for your holiday and we want you to make the most of it. We have included a bottle of wine on us, so hit the deck by the pool and enjoy it on your arrival.
Netflix and Stan are available to you, so sit back and enjoy the hours of endless entertainment.
Beach, shops, restaurants, everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. It's all there waiting for you.
Happy Valley and Bulcock Beach are just down the road from this beautiful home. These places are great for family outings and have stunning sunrise and sunsets. Local cafes are all along the main street of Caloundra or down by the water's edge of Bulcock Beach. Within a 5 minute drive, you will find yourself at the popular Kings Beach. This is patrolled for the kids with a number of breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
Caloundra shopping centre is within walking distance of all your essentials during your stay. If you are visiting on the weekend, take a stroll through the markets up the main street of Caloundra.
If you have brought a car with you, there is garage and driveway parking at the property. Everything you need is within a 5minute drive and it is easy enough to walk to the main street of Caloundra, the shopping center or the beach. Taxis and Uber are just a call away and there is a bus stop within walking distance.
Small dogs are welcome, but there is no yard for larger dogs. We love dogs just as much as you but please keep them off the furniture.
Quiet hours 9pm to 7am
Please remove sand before entering the house, if there is excess sand in the house or the pool it will take substantially longer than the allocated time to normally clean the house.
Pets are allowed in the house, however must stay off the furniture. Pets are also not allowed in the pool as their hair clogs the filters and alters the chemicals.
On leaving, please;
- Leave in a tidy condition
- Clean the kitchen and take rubbish to outside bins
- Remove all food scrapes
- Strip the beds
- Put all used towels in the bathroom
- Close all windows and switch off aircon
Lastly please clean up after your pet, this includes removing all fur before check out.
If any of these rules are not followed we will retain your security deposit to pay for the additional cleaning.
