Relax in this completely renovated 2-story family home, rich with Southampton history, on a quiet cul-de-sac. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home with sparkling full-sized pool was the first on the block, and still sits on just under 1 full acre of land. Only 1.1 miles from quaint downtown Southampton where you can enjoy morning espresso at Hampton Coffee Company, shopping, and world class dining. Also set a half-mile from the Hampton Jitney and train station for convenient travel to and from New York City. Of course, Southampton’s world-famous oceans are just 2 miles away.
The Space
“Wonderful, Wonderful” has been lovingly restored by the original owners’ three grandsons, and modernized with the sole purpose of providing the ultimate Hamptons experience. Statement double doors invite you inside, after you’ve conveniently parked in the ample driveway.
Below you, gorgeous wide board Whispering Wheat Oak hardwood floors unite the open-concept upstairs and down. To your right, a warm living room with huge, brand new windows that look out to the tree-lined front yard. Enjoy a movie on the 55 inch 4k Smart TV (4 TVs throughout home), play a game with family or indulge in vacation reading in the light-filled upstairs nook.
Ahead, the great room - a long, indoor/outdoor sun-filled dining area that leads right into the top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen. Gather the family around the table, or big kitchen island, to enjoy some local wine, while making a delicious meal with fresh fare from the nearby farm stands. The cook will enjoy the never-been-used high end WiFi capable gas stove, stainless steel fridge with separate oversized freezer, stocked with frosty mugs.
