The Space
Drop your items off and go right out into the relaxing backyard! Swim in the fabulous outdoor oasis with year around pool that is heated upon request. Grill for your group and have dinner outside under the patio. Layout on one of the chaise lounges and soak up the rays for your perfect tan. You won't even want to go back inside! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal.
Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 dogs, must be under 20lb each with $250 fee each. (We steam clean after every dog to ensure our homes stay allergen free.)
Pool Heat Policy: Advanced notice required. Pool heat can be heated once the average daily temperature is under 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Typically, between October and April. There is a daily fee to heat the pool

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will be emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guest must provide CC and ID that match for the reservation.
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb and others do not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed without permission in advance and applicable fees.
If we need to call the police to the home for any reason during your stay, you will be asked to leave without refund. Outside guests who are not included in the reservation, smoking and the like are all terms for immediate removal from the home without refund. Communication with our team and is key to ensuring an enjoyable and smooth stay.
- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate of $75.
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 85 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80's during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool heat, it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.

So rather than having you provide an extra deposit, we ensure you are covered with up to $5,000 in coverage for a flat fee of $129. You will see this amount added to the reservation.

No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.

No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.
