Question : What is your Cancellation Policy?
Answer :
We have a firm cancellation policy. - Wewill issue a full refund on reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to rental start date. For reservations cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to rental start date, We will retain the 50% deposit and cancel future payments. No refund will be issued for reservations cancelled within 30 days of rental start date.
No refunds available for bookings made within 48 hours of the reservation start date.

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood is this gem of a vacation home in coveted Hialeah. From freshly painted with new hardwood floors, you'll feel the thought and care that went into furnishing and decorating this home. We have made this property all about our guests.

If you'd like to catch your favorite show or movie, the Smart TV features Sling TV streaming service. If you'd rather just sit quietly and read your book, or engage in quiet conversation, you can comfortably do that, too.
