Welcome to Birch Hollow Cottage! A riverfront retreat directly on the beautiful West River in downtown Weston. Central to four Vermont ski resorts -- only 15 minutes to Okemo, Magic, Bromley Mountains; and 20 minutes to Stratton. Walking distance to Weston shops, restaurants, and museums, including the Vermont Country Store.

Pets welcome with a $100 pet fee.

The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Vermont Country Store & Weston Playhouse professional theater. The cottage is a 15 min. drive to Okemo, Bromley & Magic Mountain ski areas, a 7 min. drive to restaurants and groceries in Londonderry and a scenic 30 min. drive to shopping and dining in Manchester.

Birch Hollow Cottage is located in the charming village of Weston, Vermont. Walk to coffee, restaurants, art galleries, museums, and gift shops including The Vermont Country Store. Best of all, the cottage is directly across the street from the famous Weston Playhouse. Centrally located to 4 world class ski resorts; Okemo, Magic, and Bromley are less than a 15 minute drive and Stratton can be reached in 25.

Birch Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated, riverfront retreat in the heart of Weston. The cottage sleeps up to 6 adults, with beautiful river views from every room & plenty of amenities.

Originally built in 1900, the cottage has been recently updated to offer comfort and convenience in a charming and historic New England home. All of the furniture and finishes in the cottage are brand new. We have poured our heart and soul into making the cottage as comfortable as possible for all guests! Birch Hollow Cottage is the perfect destination for a romantic escape, family getaway, friends gathering, or a home base to explore the area’s year-round attractions. Some highlights and amenities of the home include:

-Simple to operate, remote-controlled gas fireplace
-Kitchen fully stocked by a cooking enthusiast, includes pots, pans, bakeware, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, blender, food processor, mixing bowls, extensive dinnerware, glassware, wine glasses, champagne glasses, cocktail tools, spices
-New 55” 4K HD Smart TV equipped with a Sonos sound bar in living room to connect to your streaming services of your choice (i.e. Netflix, Amazon Video, or Disney+)
-Over a dozen board games and several puzzles
-High quality, plush mattresses and organic cotton linens on each bed
-200 sq. ft. outdoor deck overlooking river
-Public Goods Soap, Shampoo, and Conditioner provided in each of the two bathrooms

The 1,210 sq. ft. cottage features three bedrooms and two newly updated bathrooms. The one downstairs bedroom has gorgeous river views from its five windows and a queen sized bed with a high quality plush mattress and premium cotton linens. The downstairs bathroom includes a shower and a window overlooking the river. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with beautiful river views from their windows. One upstairs bedroom has a plush, high quality queen-sized mattress with premium organic cotton linens, while the second upstairs bedroom has two high quality, plush twin sized mattresses with organic cotton linens. The upstairs bathroom also includes a shower and a window overlooking the river.

Per our listing, Birch Hollow Cottage has a six-person limit per stay. Any guests above this limit will be charged $500 per person.

There is room to park 2 cars off the road. The cottage is located on Route 100 with easy access in all seasons.

Have a four-legged friend? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.

The Birch Hollow Cottage is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Per our listing, we have a six person maximum in this house. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $500 per person per night.

We do not allow parties, events or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.

WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Birch Hollow Cottage's features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
