OUTDOOR NATURAL OASIS & POOL
Entering the estate grounds past beautiful stone lions, it becomes evident that you’re stepping into a world of sheer luxury.
Walking up to the front entrance, framed by cypress trees, hibiscus and lemon trees in terracotta vases and the age-old spreading lime tree, enjoy the fresh smells of nature as you explore the grounds. Past expansive, blooming gardens and a small seating area beneath a century-old tree, make your way to the exterior oasis.
With plenty of room for kids to play an impromptu game of soccer, the outdoor area is where you’ll spend the majority of your time will at Villa Spada. Centered by a large 12 x 6 meter swimming pool and 10 lounge chairs, bask in the cool waters during the warm afternoon. Located right next to the pool is a lovely vine-covered pergola. Sheltered from the sun next to the lush garden area, take a few minutes to sit with friends and family to enjoy your welcome basket of a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, bread and salami.
Up the stairway towards french doors that lead to the interior of the home, an exterior dining table is set up beneath a canopy awning for those splendid outdoor meals. Providing the best views, feel all your worries melt away.

LIVING AREA & KITCHEN:
Villa Spada features a sprawling design with an entrance hall, 3 distinct living rooms, and a formal dining room.
Enter the villa into the gorgeous foyer. With high ceilings, antique tables and credenzas, and a cloak room, the space has served for centuries to host gatherings and welcome guests for a weekend getaway.
Straight ahead you’ll find the main living room. Equipped with ample seating on lounge chairs and a sofa and an outstanding 4 person breakfast table. The living room provides direct access to the exterior dining space.
Off the main living room are 2 smaller, equally luxurious living spaces. Both rooms feature high end seating, antique original artwork, and plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows. Equipped with a fireplace and television, enjoy late night talks over a bottle of wine or a quiet evening in with a movie!
The kitchen area and attached dining room are perfect for those formal sit-down meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, marble tops, preparation table, serving table, and a few local touches such as the large, open wood burning oven!
The formal dining room features amazing antique furniture through and seating for all 10 guests.

*All bedrooms feature luxurious bed linens. The first floor of the villa also has 2 standalone bathrooms with waterfall shower/bathtubs and bidet, and a laundry room.
MASTER SUITES (3)
All three master suites of Villa Spada represent elegance at its finest. With original artwork, large windows, and lounge chairs, varnished wood armoires, guest have a private space to enjoy late night reading before calling it a night. One of the masters also comes with a fabulous antique writer’s desk for those who feel inspired.
Two out of the three masters also come with ensuite bathrooms, equipped with tubs, bidet and his & her sinks.
The third master has a bathroom located right across the hall.
